Why ‘it depends’ is a fair clinical answer and a bad first bill
Complex cases do depend. A frozen shoulder in month four is not a two-day ankle sprain. Post-stroke mobility is not a desk neck. Charging the same lifetime package for all of that is how clinics hide uncertainty behind a poster.
A first session should not hide. You need a number to decide whether to travel to Sector 1 or wait at home in Raj Nagar Extension. That is why Quick Physio publishes a first clinic session at ₹199 and a first home session at ₹499.
Those figures are entry prices for assessment plus first treatment, not a claim that one visit ends a ten-year pattern. Anyone selling a cure in one slot is selling something else.
If a WhatsApp number will not name a first-visit fee, assume you will negotiate after they are already in your drawing room. I would rather you know the door price.

Home costs more on visit one because a physiotherapist brings time, kit, and a Ghaziabad traffic window. First home session ₹499. You are paying for care in the chair, mattress and corridor that actually reload the pain — not for a branded miracle.
Neither price includes a forced twelve-session bundle. If someone quotes a monthly package before watching you move, you are buying a calendar, not a plan.
Parking, society gate delays and lift waits are why home windows matter. They are not an excuse to surprise you with extra cash at the door. Arrival extras should be said at booking if they exist. Ours are not a tip culture.

What people actually mean by physiotherapy cost per month
Search boxes say ‘per month’ because office insurance and family budgets think in salary cycles. Clinical need thinks in irritability. An acute sprain may need a handful of visits. A post-TKR or stubborn nerve pattern may need staged weeks.
I will not invent a fake monthly average that makes Google happy. I will tell you, after the first session, a review point: ‘see sitting minutes in two weeks’ or ‘reassess stairs on visit three’. That is how cost becomes predictable without lying.
If you need a written estimate for a parent, ask. We can outline a likely band once we have seen movement. We cannot honestly price a month from a three-word WhatsApp: ‘back pain Ghaziabad’.

Hidden costs that are not on our board — and ones that should never appear

How to book without a price argument
Say the format you want: home or clinic. Name Vasundhara, Shastri Nagar, Indirapuram, Vaishali, Sahibabad, Crossing Republik — whatever is true. We confirm the first-session amount before anyone travels.

When cheap is expensive
A ₹200 unlimited-machine hour that never assesses your sit pattern can cost you three more months of leave. A slightly higher honest first visit that names the driver is usually cheaper by week six.
I am not asking you to enjoy spending. I am asking you to buy assessment, not a heating pad with a white coat nearby.
If money is tight, say so. We would rather space visits and keep the home programme honest than sell a pack you will resent.
A worked example so the numbers stop being abstract
Desk back, can travel: visit one at Vasundhara ₹199. If we agree on two reviews that fortnight, you are looking at a small, named set of clinic fees — not a mystery month. If travel starts flaring you, we switch one of those to home at the home rate instead of pretending the road is free.
Senior with stairs, cannot travel: start home ₹499. Follow-ups stay home until walking to the gate is no longer the session. That is often cheaper than a cheaper clinic fee plus an attendant’s lost day plus a flare from the auto.
Prenatal pelvic pain: still the same first-session board, unless you are joining the weekend program. Mixing those two invoices is the usual source of ‘they quoted something else’ complaints. Ask which product you are booking, once, on the call.
Write the next-step amount in your notes app before you leave. If a relative later argues with a number they invented, you have the sentence from the session — not a fight with reception. Two extra sentences of clarity at the door save a week of WhatsApp argument.
