What we collect
When you book a session or fill a contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your locality and health concern. This information goes to our CRM (Zoho) and is used only to confirm and manage your physiotherapy sessions.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website (pages viewed, buttons clicked). IP addresses are anonymised where supported. These tools set cookies; you can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers.
WhatsApp & phone
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we use that channel only to coordinate your care. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing.
Data retention & your rights
We keep booking records only as long as needed to provide care and meet legal obligations. To view, correct or delete your data, email care@quickphysio.in or call +91 79002 56729.
