Educational content
Articles, condition pages and FAQs on this website are written and reviewed by our physiotherapy team for general education. They describe common presentations and typical physiotherapy approaches — they are not a diagnosis for your specific situation.
Not a substitute for care
Reading this website does not create a physiotherapist–patient relationship. Always get an individual assessment before starting exercises, especially after surgery, during pregnancy, or with neurological symptoms.
Emergencies
If you have severe trauma, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, chest pain, or symptoms of stroke — call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for a physiotherapy appointment.
Accuracy
We review content periodically, but medical knowledge evolves. If you find something outdated, tell us at care@quickphysio.in.
